Accessibility Policy

FACE is committed to accessibility. Our clinic is located in an existing historic/commercial building that is not wheelchair accessible due to stair-only access. We are committed to providing alternative access options, including virtual consultations and product pickup accommodations upon request. Refund Policy

Appointment deposits are non-refundable. This applies to all scenarios, including no-shows and late cancellations. Once treatments are rendered, all sales are final. FACE will issue store credit on unredeemed services or unopened, unused, damage-free goods in re-sellable condition.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee, and no-shows will incur a $150 fee. Please save your initial appointment confirmation email to use for rescheduling your appointment if needed. 

No-Show Policy

No-shows will incur a $150 fee. Consultation fees for no-shows are non-refundable.

Late-Arrivals Policy

Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may result in rescheduling and a fee to preserve treatment quality & schedule flow.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies protect provider time and ensure availability for other clients.

Locations

FACE is located in both Oakland and Los Angeles. Oakland is the primary location. FACE is in Los Angeles every 3 months at a private studio in Eagle Rock. Check upcoming L.A. dates here.

Parking Oakland

There is lots of metered street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please give yourself ample extra time to park.
